Rules for Christmas Carnival Contest

• 1 child can participate in a maximum of 2 competitions.

Guidelines for Fancy Dress

• Only positive social themes can be presented. Care should be taken not to present any Religious/ Political/ Controversial themes.
• The theme, songs, costumes and make-up should be age appropriate for school level competitions and respect the culture and traditions of the country of residence and India.
• The actions/drawings of smokers, drunkards, beggars or any such addicts are not allowed.
• Do not hurt the sentiments of any religion, culture or nationality. Performances ridiculing individuals or religious sentiments are not allowed and will be disqualified.
• If the number of participants is less than four in a particular category then, they will be merged with the next group. If the merged groups don't have 4 teams/participants the event remains cancelled.
• The time starts as soon as the first action for the performance begins.
• If a participant does not report even after 3 calls, he/she/team will not be evaluated but can be allowed to perform if interested.
• Backdrops, stage settings, banners or oversized props will not be allowed. Curtains and event banner should not be hidden.
• Maximum time allotted for the performance is up to one minute.
• Participant should directly enter the stage without any support from a third person. Only 1 person allowed for support in age category 2-4 years.
• Do not use explosive, sharp items, banners and backdrops etc. as props. Stage setting will also not be allowed.

Guidelines for Colouring and Drawing & Colouring

• Participants have to bring their own writing pad, pencils and colours for the drawing and colouring competitions.
• The participants have to handover their sheets immediately after the time of competition is over.
• A4 Sheets for Drawing and Colouring competition will be provided by organisers
• Time for colouring competition is 30 minutes
• Time for Drawing and Colouring competition is 60 minutes.
• Theme for Drawing and Colouring
  • Santa Claus for 4-6 years age group
  • Christmas for 6-8 years age group

Guidelines for Show & Tell and Show your Talent

• 1 Minute will be provided to each participant for Show Your Talent
• Music has to in MP3 format only for Show Your Talent
• Music is to be brought on a USB drive only for Show Your Talent
